What is included in your Hosting packages?

All of our hosting pakcages include the space to store your files, a monthly allocation of bandwidth, email accounts, mysql databases, wordpress, softaculous one-click installer, and much more! Contact our sales team today if you have any questions.

How do I install WordPress?

If you would like to install wordpress on your website, simply log into your cPanel and click “softaculous”. Then choose wordpress and follow the instructions to install.

Do I have to use your email servers?

No, it is completely optional to use our email servers. You can host your email elsewhere, or not use it at all if you prefer. We do also offer e-mail forwarding if you already have an existing email address you would like to continue to use.

How do I pay?

We accept monthly, quarterly, and annual payments via credit card processing. We will automatically bill you at the interval you choose.

Do I get SSL (https) for my domain?

Yes, included with all of our hosting packages is a free entry-level SSL certificate. This will encrypt your data and ensure you are google compliant for search engine optimization.

Do I get Email Accounts with my hosting?

Yes, you can setup your own e-mail accounts (you@yourdomain.com) with our web hosting packages. Simply log into your cPanel to setup each account.

How do I transfer a domain?

Our customer support team is here to help. But if you would like to do it on your own, simply log into your domain registration provider and change your nameservers to: ns1.ixsweb.com and ns3.ixsweb.com

What are your Nameservers?

Our nameservers are ns1.ixsweb.com and ns3.ixsweb.com

How do I renew my domain?

If you purchased your domain name through us, we will automatically renew the domain name for you each year.

How do I log into my Control Panel?

You can access your cPanel by going to https://yourdomain.com/cpanel (where yourdomain.com is your actual domain name).
